J & L New York offers hair products through this website. By placing an order, you agree to pay the item price, applicable tax, and any shipping, delivery, or sourcing charges disclosed before payment. Product availability, prices, and descriptions may change. If an obvious listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you and offer the choice to proceed at the corrected price or receive a refund.

Hair appearance may vary with lighting, screens, styling, and the natural characteristics of the product. Please read the product description and select your texture and length before checkout. We will not substitute a different item or length without your approval.

Pickup is by appointment after we confirm that your order is ready. Eligible local delivery and special-order sourcing are subject to the details on our Pickup & Delivery page. A $20 sourcing fee applies per approved special order when we obtain hair that is not in our local inventory. The fee and full total are disclosed before payment. If we cannot obtain the agreed item, we refund the item price and sourcing fee.

Our Return and refund policy explains change-of-mind returns and problems with an order. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived. To the extent permitted by applicable law, J & L New York is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
