Shipping policy

J & L New York sells physical hair products. Shipping options and charges are shown before payment. On-hand orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment, excluding holidays. If an item is not on hand or we cannot meet that window, we will contact you with updated timing and your options, including cancellation and a refund. If you need hair for a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking information when available. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is delayed, missing, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but not received, contact us through our Contact page with your order number so we can review the situation and help with the carrier.

Free scheduled Queens pickup and eligible local delivery are described on our Pickup & Delivery page. Pickup is not ready until you receive confirmation. Eligible Queens local delivery is $15 per order. For a special order, we confirm the item, timing, price, and any sourcing fee with you before payment.
