PICKUP & LOCAL DELIVERY
J & L New York offers scheduled pickup and local delivery for eligible hair orders in Queens, New York.
ON-HAND ITEMS
An item marked “On hand” is available from our local inventory, subject to confirmation. Scheduled pickup is free. Local delivery within our available Queens delivery zone is $15 per order. Available delivery addresses and the final charge are shown before payment.
SOURCING ITEMS
We will not place a special order or add a sourcing fee without showing you the total and getting your approval. If we cannot obtain the agreed item, we will refund the item price and sourcing fee. If availability or the estimated date changes, we will contact you with your options.
SCHEDULING
Placing an order does not create an immediate pickup or delivery appointment. Wait for our “ready for pickup” message or delivery confirmation before traveling or expecting a drop-off. We will send the pickup location privately after your order is ready. Please do not visit a location without a confirmed appointment.
Provide an accurate phone number and delivery address at checkout. Someone must be available to receive a local delivery at the agreed time. If a delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or no one is available, we will contact you to arrange another delivery; an additional delivery charge may apply and will be disclosed for your approval first.
