SHIPPING, PICKUP & DELIVERY POLICY
J & L New York sells physical hair products. The availability shown on each product page determines whether an item is on hand or requires a special order.
ORDER PROCESSING
We will confirm your order and notify you when an on-hand item is ready for shipment, scheduled Queens pickup, or eligible local delivery. A special-order item must first be obtained from our supplier. Its estimated availability will be disclosed before we accept a special-order payment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
SHIPPING
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated transit information are displayed at checkout. Tracking will be sent when a shipping label is created and the package is handed to the carrier. A label alone does not mean the carrier has received the package. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed service.
PICKUP
Scheduled Queens pickup is free for on-hand items. Pickup is available only after you receive a ready-for-pickup confirmation and appointment details. The pickup location is provided privately.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Eligible local delivery in our Queens delivery zone is $15 per order. Your address must qualify at checkout or be confirmed with us before payment. We will arrange a delivery window after the order is ready.
DELAYS AND ORDER ISSUES
If we cannot ship within the time we promised, we will contact you and provide the choices required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund where required. If your package appears lost, damaged, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page with your order number so we can investigate and resolve it.
DIGITAL GUIDES
If a digital guide is offered on this store, it is delivered electronically as described on its product page. No shipping, pickup, or local delivery charge applies to a digital-only order.
