RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges of hair products after pickup or delivery if the hair has been opened, worn, installed, cut, colored, washed, altered, or otherwise used. We also do not accept change-of-mind returns of special-order hair once sourcing has begun.
For an unused, unopened, unaltered on-hand hair item, contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number. Do not send anything back without return instructions. If approved, the item must be returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping for a change-of-mind return. Original completed delivery and shipping charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return. We will tell you whether the approved remedy is a refund or exchange before you send the item.
WRONG, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If we sent the wrong item, or it arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please contact us within 48 hours when you can so we can document a delivery issue promptly. That request does not remove rights you may have under applicable law. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or other remedy required by law. We will cover reasonable return shipping when the error is ours.
SPECIAL ORDERS AND DELAYS
The item price and $20 sourcing fee are refunded if we cannot obtain the agreed special-order item. If an order is delayed, we will provide the cancellation and refund choices required by applicable law. We do not keep payment for an item we cannot supply.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
If digital guides are sold on this store, contact us if a file is missing, incorrect, damaged, or inaccessible. Because a delivered download cannot be physically returned, change-of-mind refunds for accessed digital files are generally unavailable, subject to applicable law.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
